How Do I Get Involved?

A helpful way to think about it is progressing
from the Crowd to being Committed.

CROWD

Sunday Mornings

Service starts at 10:30 AM!

The entryway to our church is our Sunday morning worship service. Our crowds range from 250-350. Our church is a diverse gathering of families, college students, 20-somethings, empty nesters, and seniors. Be our guest this Sunday!

CONNECTED

In addition to attending our Sunday morning service, you can
get to know OBC by experiencing some of our other gatherings.

Sunday Evening Services

We call Sunday Evening Prayer & Praise our “family time.” It’s a great time for you to meet the members of our church and hear about what’s going on at our church, as well as spend time praying and hearing God’s Word preached. Typically, we have Sunday Evening service on the first and third Sunday evening of each month.

Equipping Hour

**on summer break, will resume in the fall**

Want to be further equipped to live the Christian life? Following a Fall & Spring semester schedule, our Equipping Hour takes place before our Sunday Morning service.

COMMITTED

The path of worship, community, and service in the local church leads to
being a committed member. Consider joining our family at OBC!

Membership Matters Classes

These classes are held every other month on a Sunday morning. If you are interested in attending, speak with an Elder or church staff.

Community Groups

One way that we help members be deeply invested in each other’s lives is by coordinating community groups. If you are interested in joining our community groups, speak to an Elder or church staff.

Service Teams

We want to be a church that’s not primarily full of consumers, but rather providers. Serving in the local church is an important part of being committed to the body. If you’re interesting in using your gifts and talents to serve, speak to an Elder or church staff.
